How People Use Guns
Over the last 10 years the death rate has increased dramatically, on average 93 Americans are killed by guns a day. Nearly 12,000 gun homicides “murder” happen a year in the United States. When there is a mass shooting, for every one person killed there are two injured. 62% of deaths are suicide. Kids are killed on an average day by a gun. In an average month 50 women are shot to death. America's homicide death rate is the most out of all the countries. Background checks have turned down three million people from buying guns. Black males are 14x more likely to get shot and killed then a white male.
My opinion on all of this is that we don’t have a gun problem we have a people problem. Well yes we there is a gun problem but it seems to me, we need to make it harder to get guns.
