Fight Club is a movie from the 1990s that was created by director David FIncher. The main characters are Tyler Durden played by Brad Pitts and the Narrator played by Edawrd Norton. Fight club is about a narrator suffering from amnesia. He hates his life and the way he lives it until he meets a guy who makes soap for a living named tyler durden. They become great friends  instantly, The men get together and start a fight club in the basement of a bar. THe narrator gets into a strange relationship with a crazy lady named Marla Singer. As the fight club grows the narrator notices that this club is out of control and reckless and he realizes that there's only one solution. Fight club is commonly considered a controversial movie. It received a lot of bad reviews at the time and was a failure in the box office, but soon found commercial success because of its DVD sales and the movie's themes managed to remain relevant even today.Fight Club is David Fincher's best  work in his impressive filmography, as he's able to adapt certain aspects of the novel while keeping the themes intact, while showcasing the effects of toxic masculinity and consumerism in our society. The skill in the filming was done  by Jeff Cronenweth and the editing helps compliment the story. The theme of the movie is finding self identity, you can tell because that's one of the reasons the narrator is left nameless. FIght club isn't just a good movie because of its exciting and mind boggling scenes it's also because of the bold yet interesting styles of the director and that's what makes it such a movie masterpiece. It's  a very complicated movie that not everybody can understand after watching it for the first time. I recommend that you watch the movie at least twice so that you can get a full grasp of what the director and actors are trying to portray. The movie shows how the previous generation was just people trying to get and achieve things that they don't need in life, and it makes the people feel useless.
