Night and Day
March 26, 2012
A project I did over summer- done completely in colored pencil. It was inspired by Josephine Wall's 'Libra' painting, but I adapted it myself.

Okay, this time I'm absolutely speachless. This is it. This is top of the line. I really love how her dress comes out of the landscape...or is that a tree-trunk. It's very intersting because the picture looks somewhat like a illusion. From one angle she looks like a woman, from another she looks like a tree. And the faces on either side can be seen as part of the sky or as faces. It's really cool, no critisizm from me!
