Beyond the Gray
My college was hit and consumed by a wildfire last year. 20% of our campus and 16 faculty homes were burned to the ground. However, in the very center of our campus is a little white, wooden prayer chapel with a wooden fence surrounded by trees. From all sides the fire burned--up to the fence posts...but somehow our little chapel survived. This photo is a dedication to the tragedy of the fire, and a witness to how sometimes strength is found in the most unlikely of places.
