Love will Forever Last
City lights reflected across his eyes
His hands in mine
Rain across the taxi doors
Snow boots on the floor
His hair between my fingers
The kisses still linger
And the subtle breathing of his chest
My eyes staring back at his I’m so blessed
When will these days end?
Winters getting shorter
Minutes turning into seconds
Only I can dream of this fantasy
For I am in the ground
To where to be found
Just a remembrance in the past
We made it last
For a long as we could
Still under the wood
Up in the heavens at last you’ve shown
Together hand in hand under the grave stone
