Sister Salvation
Sister Salvation,
Oil to my parched wood
Water to my cracked Soul
Power to my putrid heart

Sister Salvation,
Come into my family
Save me from the masochistic world
Rescue me from the sanctity of evil

Sister Salvation,
Why won’t you have me?
Why do I feel so far away?
Where is the white rider to my soul?

Sister Salvation,
Brother death has come
And you, you were not here
My protector, you abandoned me

Sister Salvation,
You would not have me?
Oh, no
I am to blame

For you were my sister, my kinsmen
And I could not obey
For you were always here
But I was everywhere.

Honestly, i don't think i have anything bad to say about this poem. Its really good. So many times people are blind to what is right beside them and when i read poems like this that somewhat lead you on to think they're just another poem full of complaints, to get to the end is refreshing because you see the meaning to the poem. Please comment on some of my poems!
