When it feels life is getting ya down
And happiness isn’t very strong
Gotta pick yourself up on your feet
And keep on going on.
I know it’s easier said than done
But that’s why I write this song
To tell you all, from me to you,
To keep on going on.
Close your eyes, and then ZAP!
This will soon be done.
Because I know, and so do you,
We’ll keep on going on.
Whether it’s depression, loss, anxiety.
I hope you’ll remember this song.
