If you turn hope on high, you’ll see
the brightest light that can outshine the sun.
When you tiptoe through the Valley of Happiness, you might find
the taste of peanuts, strong and awakening.
A star sounds like the bright white of the moon
reflecting off the ocean in the night.
White moves in a long and slow zig zag as if it were a ship,
sailing from island to island.
