I stare into the darkness of the night,
Silent…
As quiet as it sounds on the outside,
In my head I’m screaming.
Stop the voices,
Stop the pain,
Stop the sound,
Making nothing…
Make something into nothing,
Make noises into dead silences,
Make me deaf, so I can’t hear.
Make me dumb, so I don’t have to speak.
The things I know,
The way life is,
The touchier it puts me though,
When I can’t do a thing.
I sit there staring,
Not a sound, not a word.
But yet…
I’ve said it all…
