Alone: A Tribute to Patients Dying Of Disease
I will be gone soon, there’s nothing left of me. My brain is infected and I can barely see.
So go away before I die, just leave me alone! Although I have been brave, my courage has barely shown.
I told you one day “Until death do us part, I’d love you the most with all of my heart.” That is still true to this day, but I’ll be alone as I perish away.
