Better Than The Real Thing
Naf Naf is one of my favorite restaurants,
however after having my dad’s shawarma,
it’s safe to say his is better.
The hummus that lays a sturdy foundation.
The steak he marinates to create a perfect groundwork.
The cucumber salad that dresses the seasoned steak.
The pickled onions that fall perfectly on top.
The garlic sauce he makes that clears my nasal cavity.
The S’khug that graces the dish with its presence…
and finish it off with the crispy golden naan on the side to help it all down.
