I dig my toes into the sand
The ocean like a thousand diamonds rolling in the wind
I see the world through strands of hair blown in my face
Brushed away by velvet hands
And in this moment I am floating
Upside-down on this rollercoaster
Free falling because I’m not strapped in
I see the world in glimpses of my past
Iron hands encasing me
And in this moment I am free
