Girl In the Mirror

Excerpts from "Man In the Mirror" by Michael Jackson.
As I look at myself in the mirror
My mask begins to slip
I become a Picasso
Half proud and rosy
Half sad and broken
I see my time tick by
Every moment a bit less
There's so much to do
"Make the world a better place"
With so little time
My voice betrays both sides
Trapped between pessimist and optimist
Leaving cracked glass
I begin to shatter.
