Softened my heart
I’m afraid my heart is now soft.
Can you feel it in the air?
Every time you smile,
I can't help but stare.
You turn me to jelly,
It's something I despise.
But I still find myself
Searching for your eyes.
No matter what happens, even if we part…
I'm afraid you’ve successfully
Softened my heart.

I wrote this poem while i was in love. After he hurt me, I rewrote it and here it is:
I’m afraid my heart is now broken
Can you feel it in the air?
Every time you smile,
I'm filled with despair
You turned me to jelly,
It's something I despise.
And I always find myself
Avoiding your eyes.
I knew this would happen, right from the start.
But I'm afraid you’ve successfully
Broken my heart.
