My reality lies
Within my dreams.
To those titled "awake",
who pass me in a
slumbering state,
I'm asleep...
But.
I'm not.
I'm Living.
It's the moments:
in the hall,
in the classroom,
in the act of walking,
I am asleep;
Awaiting the shuttle to
Take me where I can
Live. My. Life.
They say it's impossible:
Reality is for the conscious.
And dreams...
Are.
Just.
Dreams.
They.
Do not understand...
That in my dreams,
That is where
Impossible is not a word,
And I'm free to truly
Come.
Alive.
