Untitled MAG
She suffered such a terrible loss
when she heard the news that day,
thatall the tears in the world
couldn't wash her pain away.
Afterthat
she hid her grief
in a secret place
tucked deep beneath.
Andshe said she was fine,
as she put on a smile
to cover the sadness
andthe denial.
Some day, though,
the secret place she holds herpain
will overflow.
And when that happens
I'll be there
to easethe pain
and her despair.
I'll keep the promise
We've alwayshad
To help each other
Through good and bad.
Because her pain isdifferent
than any other -
it's the pain that comes
with losing amother.
