A single touch
Your muscular arm brushes against mine
As you tell me your story
Your hands wave in the air
And you smile with all of your glory
At the end you say I should touch your face
I laugh but I'm secretly scared
You say that you broke your jaw I should feel the pop
And i press my fingers to the side of your face
It's lightning as I touch you
It's miracles in the air
It's the perfect harmony
It's the shadow of the bear
You're gloriously beautiful
You're shining in your light
I want to feel the tingling
And know that it is right
You sit beside me on the bus
Tan, beautiful, slick
But I've loved you forever,
Don't you see it Nick?
Your sea green eyes zoom on me
And my skin sizzles like steak
Your hand finds mine
And my face feels like it will bake
I've loved you forever
You're my knight in shining armor
And the day that I first saw you
I wouldn't even care if you were a farmer
So when you touch me
And I feel it in my bones
We have yet to kiss
But the touch burns like hot stones
Your touch is electrifying
Your touch comes only once
Your touch is what I dream about
Your touch is not enough
