Attic MAG
I cleaned out my attic today -
The rain, the snow, the pain,
It was driving me insane.
So I cleaned my attic
Emptied it of everything
Because nothing belonged there -
In the first place -
I must have filled two hundred and forty
Bags of nothing but
My attic -
My cold and lonely place -
Where nothing belonged,
A meaningless void.
Now it is gone
Leaving only
Two hundred and forty
Trash bags of my life
To litter the front lawn.
