Infinite
You wear that cross
as if, you were truly
concerned about fate
oh wait, I saw you
by her graveside
and your hands
were folded in prayer
I guess that makes you infinite
I walk like a shadow
across the grave bed
sending you chills
and ironically, it kills me
to see you smiling
I guess that makes you infinite
I descend
like a sunset
bringing you darkness
leaving you lifeless in your faith
you continue to pray
I guess that makes you infinite
I'd give up the rest
of my life time
to see you succeed
as you plead mercy
with your demons
you proudly dig your grave
I guess that makes you infinite
Your bones have withered
30 years from that day
when I saw you
by her graveside
now you lie beside her
I guess that makes you infinite
