What I Found in the Meadow
The ground beneath me begins to quake,
the soil is warm,
I like it here.
The sun above me brightly gleams,
the rays of gold turn me in,
and I find,
I like it here.
The birds--every one--singing in harmony.
the flowers sway--side to side
the grass grown luscious, deep, green
and I find--
I like it here.
Enclosed in a grip,
firm, gently, strong, and warm.
seeing the green, the blue, the brown,
plush feathers and laughs-floating,
and the one thing I find,
I love it here…
