The soft fur in my fingers
The sweet smell of warmth and comfort as I run my palm over your smooth neck
The light illuminates from the ceiling lights
Casting shadows over us as we stand
Your ears twitch
Your nose nuzzles the hand by my side
I softly run my fingers over the scattered stars under your forlock
I hug your warm neck and leave for the night
