Our minds
Joined together hand in hand,
we will walk this beautiful, fine, vast land.
The tears we cry, mend our break,
two friends, two worlds, our lives at stake.
Skin so different but minds so alike,
what we're doing is "wrong", but we felt it was "right."
That we are in many ways the same,
and the inner angst of his, my color to blame.
Not me, I love him, by buddy forever,
we know we'd die if found together.
Two colors, both friends, take a stand,
and we'll walk into heaven, hand in hand.
