It’s raining again
That means I’m crying
The tears fall
They won’t stop falling
On my face
I see you again
They fall harder
You left me alone
Broke my heart
So it’s raining outside
But the sun,
The warm, glowing sun
Is coming soon
To dry my tears
To ease pain
And make me happy
I’ll start over
Without thought of you
You come back
But I’ll smile; wave
I’ll walk away
Into the warm sunlight
Not looking back
Because it’s not raining
I hate rain!
