You once told me that I was all you needed
And that I was everything that you’d ever wanted
You once told me that love was a mystery to you
But then I helped you find it
Your life was lost
But I came and helped you build it up off the ground,
And it keeps me sleeping safe and sound
To know that you’re always around.
There’s something there,
That feeling,
I swear.
I love you more than a friend,
You accept me, for who I am.
