Do They Not See?
How much longer will it take
for them to even realize,
The torture, the pain, do they not see?
The tears that are shedded,
Everyday, every night, do they not see?
The love that is needed, wanted and
missed,
Out of the soul, do they not see?
Can the presence he left for
two weeks or three,
Is it missed, do they not see?
Feeling Hopeless and Worthless,
Abused and Ashamed, do they not see?
Desperate and asking for help inside,
Awkward as it is, Megan, do they not see?
