Depression Stage
My blank paper stares at me as my heart steadily beats
My head feels every mix of emotion; I’m surprised my body can even function
Outside, my smile covers my face, but inside I don’t feel the same.
Sure I’m laughing but that will change once the jokes stop cracking.
A day doesn’t go by where I don’t wet my face. Those salty tears begin to lose their taste.
One minuet I’m happy, and the next I’m not. When will this ride come to a stop?
This wave of emotion is taking me by control. The waves building bigger, but soon will it halt.
Its about to come crashing down as the depression stage comes back around
