I see you too.
I see your hopes, your dreams.
I see your leather jacket and blue jeans.
I see your needs, your wants.
I see your black purse and black pumps.
I see your insecurities, your fears.
I see your mascara running, your tears.
I see your past, your present.
I see your feet turning away.
I see your future too.
I see your back. Wait, stay.
I see your future, without me in it.
I don't see why. Please, stay a minute.
I've always seen you, but you have never truly seen me.
I see nothing.
