Doctor?
The little third grade hands write out
The heroes they think about
There’s the firefighter and police officer next to
The doctor who takes care of you
The doctor carefully counts the cash
He can add to his big stash
Is this more than winning elections
Is this really for our protection
The teenage girl doesn’t say maybe
She wants to kill that baby
Hey, what’s another you get paid
The little guilt you have will fade
The refugees stop and take cover
From the hurricane to top all others
They’re suffering, they’re in pain
So you decide to end their day
