This is not normal, the sound I hear in the night. The soft whimper I hear from the other room. He is awake again. I open the door softley hoping to catch a glimpse, but all I see is the crib. I sneak over to the side of the crib and take a glimpse, I am greeted by a huge smile. The whimper has stopped for he is now not alone, he has got me. I rub my fingers up his cheek and get a sensation of comfort. His skin is so new and soft. And all i can do is think to myself how much i love my new nephew, the child that is in my arms.
