Funky Fresh Salad

I am a thoughtfully prepared garden salad,
bursting with flavor and variety.
I am full of only the freshest selection of ingredients,
and exploding with vibrant colors.
I am very unpredictable,
you never know what is lying beneath my crisp, green leaves, a refreshing burst of flavor,
or a pine nut with a CRUNCH!
I am constantly improving,
always finding new ingredients,
but despite all of my wonderful qualities,
I am not liked by everyone,
but I do not mind.
No one will ever be as cool as my cucumbers.
