Apples
A weird feeling in the pit of my stomach,
I reach for an apple.
The sweet aroma of fresh orchard caresses my nose.
The crisp crunch of the skin,
That natural sweet taste.
What a delectable treat.
Apples are the best no fruit can compare,
Fresh picked or store bought any kind will do,
The sweet juicy taste on a cool autumn day.
Macintosh, Jonna gold, and Fuji too.
I’m so sad to say,
I have finished my apple,
And had to throw my apple away.
