In the Desert and the Sea.

I'm locked up while flying free,
Alive in the desert but dead in the sea.
I'm flanked in this war against myself,
Confused by these feelings unfelt.
So here i sit, standing in the sky.
I rain tears as i decline to cry.
I have all the pieces while missing a few,
Swim in the tan? Or crawl in the blue?
I'm stuck in two worlds and there's only one me,
I should be dead in the desert and alive in the sea.
