How Can I Say Good Bye
Thought we would be a couple forever,
Making me smile with ways of flatter,
Felt so alive and perfect together,
Till the day you caused my life to shatter.
Proving that love at first sight is not true,
I’m weak and lonely but carry my pride.
Cupid’s wings, clipped, trying, hoping, I flew,
Away, not able to see you, I hide,
Wishing for a better day, so I pray.
I see you with her, my heart starts to break,
Already you moved on without delay,
Cast over a spell, how long will it take,
For when I can finally say good bye?
Yet, deep down… never, my heart can not lie.
