I once had a boat

I once had a boat
That was small
But fast
I did well when I sailed
It lied low in the water
And never flipped
It was easy to rig
And now it is gone.
Now
I have a big boat
That is also fast
I don’t do well in it
It lies high in the water
Always flips
it is hard to rig
And I still have it.
