Slipping Away
Slipping Away
as she slowly looks back on her life
she sees the remants of her past nothing inside but emptiness
the agony she feels inside
she has grown cold inside
nothing but cold darkness
she sees the razorblade inside the tiny pink box
she picks it up and plays with it in her hand for a while twirling it
thinking about what her life is like
wearing a smile as a mask but really crying and dying inside
she wants so bad to be set free
she presses the razorblade to her wrist
and screams i'm sorry forgive me
then she presses it slowly but precisely to her wrist and she moves it downwards
she sits watching the red liquid leave a trail as it runs down she feels her satisfaction finally
