My Best Friend ...

My best friend ...
is always there when i need her,
day or night.
She takes away my sadness and fear,
and replaces it with light.
She has a heart of gold,
no doubt about that.
I couldn't live without her,
that would be too sad.
Whenever I screw-up,
she doesn't turn a cheek.
I tell her anything,
no matter what it is.
I've known her forever,
ever since we were kids.
I trust her and love her with all my heart,
that will never change.
She's the most caring person i'll ever know,
our friendship will always be the same ...
