Wanderlust
Too calm and joyless is this life; such petty feuds and worthless strife.
I'd like to leave and completely escape,
but I've been held back by life's red tape.
I'd take you and all our friends, you'd see,
so happy and wonderful you know we'd be.
Wandering from place to place for life,
self-sufficient and joyously blithe,
or maybe we could settle down,
in a bustling city, or quiet town,
it'd be so exciting and worry-free,
maybe one day I can show you, you'll see.
