Mother
Life does not present me with enough time
To tell you how much you mean to me.
I must learn to not commit my own crime
Of not being about to agree
That you are the air that I breathe,
And every beat to my heart.
How is it that even when I teethed,
You still loved me with every part.
Your love is like the Sun’s desire
To shine its face everyday,
And every man’s longing to retire.
I'm presented with the gift of today
And the reminder that the sand will soon run out;
So therefore, I must never
Forget to tell you that with out a doubt
I will love you forever and ever.
