Heartless
You helped me, you cared, you gave it your all
I seemed healed when you came to call
We became so close, spilling our lives
Leaving our worries behind, flying high
And then I find out it was all a lie
How could I ever be so blind?
I gave you a lot, too much I guess
Now everything spills out, I cannot suppress
I cover up, plaster the smile
When everything inside is in one big pile
I suffer the loss, the defeat, the pain
Of someone who didn't know it was all a game
