A Million Winters
Like a burn seared straight from the sun,
Melancholy, lies, despair, betrayal,
the pain has just begun,
the hollow emptiness of little life,
a mental call of far in me,
miles below the surface,
only the inner eye can see,
the beauty in death,
and yet I cry as a storm,
jealous, mad, empty,
at my loves new form,
for i can no longer comprehend,
deeper than the sea,
colder than a million winters,
screams of horror against sounds of beauty,
as i fight on,
left alone i stare,
at the nothing i have left,
followers of this path beware,
alone a treacherous fate.
