D.O.M.A.
You accuse me of discrimination
As I utilize the rights of this nation
I have no problems with you
But I don’t have to support what you do
So now you’ve started attacking me
Telling me what I can and can’t believe
Saying my opinions stem from “Intolerance”
While yours are based in “Common Sense”
I’m not trying to tell you who to love
As I pass on directions from God above
But I can’t sit back, with the choices you make
Keeping silent and knowing what’s at stake
Still, my concerns are met with grief
Because you despise my every belief
So now we go our separate ways
But, alas, at least I can eat Chick-fil-a.
