Double-Edged Blade

Bullying is the double edged blade
That causes lives to wither and fade
After spending so many years afraid
My greatest fears were slain
It was I who notched and broke the double edged blade.
The tears I cried were not in vain
For by these tears these seeds of hope
From my tears bloomed the rose of bravery
My heart in shards as if of porcelain
Was mended anew to drive the bravery I had found
To strive in this mission against hate
