Dreaming of one day All of the dreams joy Just being ripped away On the award stand I'll sway Holding the trophy like a toy Dreaming of one day The trophy will decay Like the love for a boy Just being ripped away All the Laughter of the day Happily going on like coy Dreaming of one day On the ground I lay Feeling as defeated as Troy Just being ripped away Played with like a piece of clay Dreams all ready to deploy Dreaming of one day Just being ripped away
