Wait for the Call
I hear them calling from up above,
Do I stay or do I go?
Someone will have to give me a shove,
Cause I can’t move from this all time low.
I outstretch my hand,
With the hopes that they’ll reach me.
But I’m off by one strand,
And I know they’ll soon leave me.
Maybe if I yell they will stop for a moment.
Oh but that’s surely just wishful thinking.
And that’s only indulgement
