Talking
September 10, 2014
Sometimes i wish i could shut my trap
And watch the world go by
To say nothing to expose
To just sit and smile and sigh
Would it even realise
That i haven't said a word?
No i think not, it will just keep spinning
For it to care is absurd!
Although this is my deepest wish
I often ponder on its logic
If i cant communicate through speech
Then should i be telephonic?
Yet i still want it to be true
It will save me so much trouble
I wouldn't need to watch every word
Or even try to be subtle
But a wish it is and wish it shall stay
For i cant seem to lock my mouth
No matter how many times I've tried
The words just seem to pour out
