love child
“Free Falling” and “Delilah”
And devilish denials
A sweet smile and a stare,
Silence and pulling hair,
Then laughing with wonton,
With ‘still’s and ‘while’s,
With swears,
And you swear you’ll burst soon,
Or you swoon,
And ask me how I wasn’t always there.
And you unknowingly pass all the trails
That you go through in my head
That’ll make me your baby, your love child.
