Empty silence
Alone in the darkness
alone in the daylight
alone in this place
alone, without that face
in this empty silence
Because I can't hold this loneliness
it's in my heart
my soul
my mind
and my all
it's in my skin
in my smile
in my everything
And I can't keep it in a suitcase.
Because the cold within me shows
As if it snows
and my suitcase soon will blow
because my face is unable to glow
I need that face
that face took the darkness,
that face that gave me daylight
that face that made me shine...
now it isn't mine
now nothing is fine
I have no face
and I'm alone in this place
feeling an empty silence
I just need somebody
somebody to listen
somebody that listens
somebody that knows my fear
and isn't afraid to hear
someone that ends this empty silence
But I'm still alone in the darkness
without a light
full of sadness
I can't keep up this fight
I'm here in this place
without that face
without somebody
With that cold that won't go
Surrounded by this empty silence
