Haven't Met You Yet
I have a familiar sense that soon you’ll come. You’ll come like the sun comes back for the people each and everyday. You’ll come like a bird to her nice and cozy nest. You’ll come like a bee to a bright flower. I’ll wait for you. I’ll wait like the night waits for the light to return. Like a baby bird waits hungrily for its mother to return. I’ll wait like a lonely flower. I haven’t met you yet, but I know that when the waiting is done, and you have come, I’ll be ready to see all the sunshine that you bring.
