You put youself there, willingly, and shots are sure to hit.

Behind these bullets, there is much ire.

You can run if you'd like, but their fire has already been lit.

We shouldn't shun others' opinions,

Nor should one act like the world is their dominion.

People have a right to have their own thoughts and views,

Even if they're the most far-fetched of them all, people have the right to choose.

Rebuttal isn't wrong though,

If taken into the right frame.

Speak your mind, don't heave out blows.

Give them a reason to see it through your eyes instead of making it all a back-and-forth game.
