Eyes Deceive

These eyes hold so many lies, so many things you can't see
The most beautiful things you miss to see
She doesn't climb mountains, instead she moves them
Although you can't physically see
Her deep soul still able to comfort my dead soul
They say eyes are the way to the soul in order to see
The burning in my chest
Something I can feel, but still struggle to see
You don't see the beauty from within
I wish our eyes really showed what we can't see.
